izzi has his first unsupervised (and four hour) visit with mom on thursday.
apparently she really has been preparing him to return home.
he's been talking about her all week.
he wants to color pictures for her.
he wants to see her
he misses her.
this is all new.
and it's a blow.
but what can we do..
to see him smile the way he does when he asks where mommy "nanut" is.
we smile back and say
she's at work
and she's missing you
and she can't wait to see you thursday...
